Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan (BVCP) Update

Stay tuned for the draft plan! Based on the range of community input last year, decision-makers provided direction to staff on land use and policy approaches to inform a draft plan. More information about events and opportunities to comment on the draft will be in future weekly messages.

Alpine-Balsam Update

Members of the community are coming together to shape the vision for Alpine-Balsam, the project to redevelop the Boulder Community Health (BCH) – Broadway Campus site, which the city purchased in 2015. 

 

Mark your calendars for an April 10 public open house, that will provide updates and opportunities to provide feedback about a number of Central Broadway Planning Projects, including Alpine-Balsam. Time and location is TBD.
